Airline Delay Rankings
Our rankings only factor in delays that are the airline's fault, such as crew problems, maintenance issues, slow boarding, or a late aircraft. A flight counts as delayed if it arrives at its destination more than 15 minutes past the scheduled arrival time due to one of those causes.
The rankings do not consider delays due to weather, air traffic control, routing, or security issues.
